Conditions
I expressly point out that each artist works independently and the studio assumes no liability for the work of the individual artist.
meeting
agreement
An appointment is made in conjunction with an appointment deposit.
Each artist decides for himself how high this is.
It is at least 50€.
The payment of the appointment deposit represents the conclusion of the contract between the customer and the desired artist. The payment of the deposit is recorded in the written appointment/order agreement.
It can be paid in cash or via Paypal.
Appointment cancellation
We allow our customers to reschedule appointments by telephone up to a maximum of
48 hours before the appointment.
If appointments are cancelled, the deposit paid will be forfeited and retained by the artist. If the customer makes a new appointment, the deposit will be due again.
If an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full daily rate or the price of the tattoo may be charged.
The same applies if you do not show up or appear in a state that is not suitable for tattooing
(see point 'physical condition').
Prices
The price of the tattoo cannot always be determined exactly, even through consultation. The price mentioned is a guideline. This also applies to daily rates. This will be recorded in writing in your appointment confirmation.
The customer has no right to have the tattoo completed free of charge if the stated price is exceeded.
Physical condition
When you come for your appointment, the following points must not affect your ability to get a tattoo.
In the event of violations, the agreed session prices may be charged in full. Furthermore, the deposit paid for the appointment will be forfeited.
Not tattooable:
Illnesses that preclude tattooing and were kept secret.
Under the influence of narcotics.
Under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
In extremely unhygienic condition, such as dirty clothing or strong odor of sweat.
Under the influence of blood-thinning medications such as aspirin, ASS, Marcumar, etc.
Using anaesthetic creams.
The assessment of the customer’s condition is left to each tattoo artist.
Cover up
Warranty
Cover-up warranty
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a cover-up tattoo will completely cover the tattoo it is covering after the first session. This is why cover-ups are exempt from the general touch-up rule.
It can happen that a cover-up takes more time than previously planned. This can result in higher costs. The respective tattoo artist accepts no liability for this either.
Problems in the healing process
Healing problems
If any problems occur during the healing phase, you should contact your tattoo artist immediately. No liability will be accepted if the tattoo becomes infected, scarred or otherwise damaged due to negligence on the part of the customer.
Follow-up
6 weeks check-up/touch-up
The scope of your tattoo also includes any possible touch-ups.
The customer must attend a follow-up appointment approximately 4-6 weeks after the tattooing appointment. This must be arranged by the customer in advance by phone or email. The tattoo must be cared for and looked after according to our instructions. The assessment of an optimally cared for tattoo is up to the respective tattoo artist. Cover-ups and color differences from old tattoos are excluded from free touch-ups.
Clothing
We must point out that clothing and souvenirs may become irreparably soiled during the tattooing process. The customer is not entitled to compensation for this.
Vouchers
Vouchers can be purchased from the respective tattoo artist. They cannot be paid out in cash. This also applies to partial amounts.
payment
Unfortunately, EC payments are NOT possible with us.
Alternatively you can pay in cash or with Paypal.
